Davos Congress Centre has been awarded ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification. The centre has thus gained internationally recognized quality standards in management procedures and environmental specifications.

The management system was developed by the Congress Centre team. This increases the responsibility for implementation of standards and has a positive effect on acceptance by the team. The combined certification of the two norms was achieved in stages: the first stage for ISO 9001 certification was reached in 2010, the second for ISO 14001 followed in 2011. The integrated management system encompasses the entire Congress Centre including congress and event management, congress sales, gastronomy and facility management.
