Hotels in Davos

The all-round service of Davos Congress also includes the reservation of accommodation for all participants. Davos Congress will be pleased to assist you with the following services:

  • Obtaining, managing, booking and confirming allotments
  • Negotiation of special conditions with accommodation providers
  • Creation of a standard online reservation form (DE/EN)
  • Processing of bookings
  • Confirmation of accommodation reservations to participants by e-mail

For participants who book their accommodation directly through DDO, a commission will be paid to the client:

  • For bookings by 40–60% of those attending: commission to the client of 1%
  • For bookings by over 60% of those attending: commission to the client of 2%

We are also happy to take care of the administration of bookings for larger groups on request.
